La Finca is the outcome of two families long rooted in the world of cuisine. In 1984, they founded a restaurant based in tradition, which evolves every day to offer the best of Mediterranean cuisine.

Taking into account the culinary landscape of Elche in 1980, José M ª García and Susi Díaz decided to maintain the essence of the local cuisine while introducing their personal style and innovations. They soon acquired a traditional cottage in Elche and, maintaining its structure, created a modern restaurant that combines comfort and functionality.

La Finca now comprises a large family of workers and professionals, all cuisine lovers, who are motivated every day to pursue high quality and perfection.
